About the Role:
A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Bauleiter to oversee the delivery of bridge construction projects across Germany. You will be responsible for managing on-site execution, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, and safety requirements. This is a key role for an experienced site manager with a strong background in bridge construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site supervision for bridge construction projects nationwide

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, budgets, and safety standards

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams

• Manage quality control, progress reporting, and project documentation

• Act as primary site contact for clients, engineers, and project management teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Bauleiter in bridge or structural infrastructure projects

• Strong knowledge of VOB regulations and German construction standards

• Proven leadership skills managing site teams and subcontractors

• Willingness to travel across Germany as required

• Fluent in German (C1 level)
